Privacy policy.
We don't sell or share your personal information. We use what you send us only to answer you and talk with you about your project.
Effective October 16, 2026. This policy covers www.redrider.llc, run by RedRider, LLC.
What we collect
When you fill in our contact form, we collect what you type in:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your project location, your role and what you're planning
- Your message
If you send a design from the ADU Builder, we also get the design itself: its layout code, a summary and a link to open it. The builder saves your current design in your own browser so it's there when you come back. That copy stays on your device until you clear it.
We don't ask for payment details, and we don't create user accounts.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to you, give you a project estimate, follow up about your project and keep a record of our conversation. If you join a pre-order or notification list, we use your email to tell you when that product is ready.
We don't sell or share it
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We don't use it for anything you didn't contact us about.
Services that help run this site
A few service providers handle information for us, only so the site works:
- Formspree receives contact form and ADU Builder submissions and forwards them to us.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and may log basic technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and block attacks.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and page load times so we can see which pages people use. It doesn't use cookies, store anything on your device, or build a profile of you.
- Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces, so your browser requests them from Google.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and Do Not Track
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't track you across other websites. Our visitor counts come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies. Because we don't track visitors, there is nothing for a browser's Do Not Track signal to switch off. The services listed above have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we're talking about your project and for our business records afterward. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or ask us to stop contacting you. Call 1.831.316.3088 or send us a message, and we'll take care of it.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date.
